- We have enhanced the Cancel and Refund flow in Digital Connect to enable the airlines to provide their customers with a breakdown of the refunded amounts per document so that the base amounts and tax amounts are visible for each document along with the totals for the entire reservation. Before the introduction of this enhancement Digital Connect was only able to show the reservation totals. Award reservations are out of scope for this enhancement.
