The dcci /passenger/details service allows a passenger to check-in only if the customer has a valid VISA. If a passenger does not possess a valid VISA document, then Digital Connect Check-In will restrict the check-in and show the reason as PASSENGER_DOES_NOT_HAVE_VISA.
