Request re-delivery of failed notifications (test system)

If you would like to request re-delivery of failed notifications within 36 hours in queue be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Hotel ID
  • Confirmation #

General inquiries

For all other questions be prepared to provide the following information (as applicable to the event topic):

  • Company Name
  • Product (i.e. Custom Booking Engine, Channel Connect, Property Integration)
  • Description of Inquiry
