Overview

This service is used for queue access, queue remove, queue exit (ignore or end transaction), queue end, bounce forward (or backwards) and queue ignore.

Common errors

  • QUEUE SELECTED NOT VALID OR CLOSED:

The selected queue does not exist for this PCC. Please select a valid queue for the PCC and try the RQ again.

  • The expected PNR is not in the selected queue:

Verify if the PNR hasn’t been moved to another queue/PCC. You can also check the queue history to verify if the PNR has been moved.

  • END OF DISPLAY FOR REQUESTED DATA:

This error is returned because there are too many old PNRs that were placed in the queue when they were active, but were never removed. The agency can compile a list of the PNRs that they want to keep, then use QZAP (link in Additional resources) to remove all items, and finally queue back the ones they want to keep there.

  • Restricted PNRs:

Verify the branch access between your PCC and the PNR’s PCC.

In order to view the PNR of another PCC, you will need B branch access between the PCCs.
