The Add Itinerary Remark (AddRemarkLLSRQ) service is used to enter information into the remarks section of a Passenger Name Record (PNR).

The Delete Special Service (DeleteSpecialServiceLLSRQ) service is used to remove one or more Other Supplementary Information (OSI) or Special Service Request (SSR) messages from a Passenger Name Record (PNR).
