Passenger Check-In

The final step in each Passenger's check-in process is issuing boarding pass for a Passenger. This document confirms that the Passenger is correctly checked-in for a flight. The issued boarding pass is required to board the Passenger into a plane correctly.

In some cases, the attempt of issuing boarding pass may fail and the Passenger cannot be checked-in for the flight. Then some Airlines place the Passenger on stand-by list instead of rejecting them.

If a Passenger is already correctly checked-in for the flight but for some reason the boarding pass is missing, there is a possibility to retrieve boarding pass using Digital Connect Check-In capabilities.
