End-to-End Exchanges Workflow (Shop, Book, Price, Ticket)

The following workflow allows you to shop for alternate itineraries including the cost to exchange, book, confirm the exchange price of the new itinerary and issue the new ticket.

Prerequisites

This workflow requires a passenger name record to be created in advance, and requires a ticket issued in Sabre with at least one OPEN flight coupon.

Steps

Step 1: Shop for alternate exchangeable itineraries using ExchangeShoppingRQ

Step 2: Book and price the desired flight segments captured from step 1 following the Auto Price Air Exchange workflow.

Step 3: Exchange the ticket following the Issue Air Ticket workflow.
