Airlines can enable fare lock (Payment at Time of Booking, Automatic Ticketing at the end of the Fare Lock Period) for on hold bookings.

If an Airline has fare lock configured for on hold bookings instead of BNPL (Book Now Pay Later), the pricing needs to reflect a lock for each Passenger. [POST] /products/bnpl/purchase needs to handle the change to the time limit and the fee per Passenger.

Simple testing effort to confirm that a fare lock itinerary is returned properly (The JSON services needs to retrieve the PNR that was placed on hold with fare locking).
