Request re-delivery of failed notifications
If you would like to request re-delivery of failed notifications from the Sabre APIs Support Desk, be prepared to provide the following information (as applicable):
- iPCC/PCC - Psudo City Code
- Date or date range to redeliver notification
- Time (and your time zone) to re-deliver notifications
- Whether a report or whether to resend all notifications.
For all other questions to the Sabre APIs Support Desk, be prepared to provide the following information (as applicable to the event topic):
- iPCC/PCC - Pseudo City Code
- Date and time when the problem occurred
- Environment where the error occurred and your URL (where notifications are sent)
- Screen capture/screen shot of the subscription filters
