The Manage Ticketed Rail Reservation (RailManageAfterSalesRQ) service is used to carry out after sales operation on a PNR that has been completely or partially issued.

It is used to carry out the following operations:

  • Refund items (e.g. refund all or some of the passengers of a PNR; refund all or some of the segments of a PNR, for all or some of the passengers)
  • Exchange all or some of the segments of a PNR
  • Change fares
  • Complete or partial return to availability

Upon success, the output shows the PNR content (PNR reference, passengers, segments etc.) as well as the after sales process status.
