What is it?
This method returns configuration for the account based on the currently logged user and marketing carrier used in the request.
Why use it?
This method is used to retrieve the configuration of the currently logged account for a specific marketing carrier.
How it works
- Send a request with a valid
marketingCarrierCodeto the rail system to obtain account configuration. - This method returns account configuration for the current
marketingCarrierCodeand logged user.
Note: Requests can be sent at any time to the rail system. Response can be affected by internal cache mechanism.
Caution: Consuming this API and its content requires special permission. Before requesting access, make sure you have all the necessary agreements in place with the rail vendor(s) you would like to sell using Content Services for Rail. Method
GET /v2/rail/configurations/{marketingCarrierCode}/account
Request
Do not provide any elements in the request body, since they will be ignored; only a marketingCarrierCode should be provided.
Response
Returns a current account configuration that includes licensing type in the case of Trainline.
