Digital Connect Check-In introduces new features and enhancements in the following areas:
- QPX ATPCO Bag Content for Existing APIS GAO with Price Adjustments
- QPX ATPCO Bag Content for Existing APIS CBF with Price Adjustments
- EMD Amount Field Length Expansion
- DCCI Seat Map Enhancement to Support Seat Map of Boeing 789

QPX ATPCO Bag Content for Existing APIS GAO with Price Adjustments
When Sabre clients use QPX filings and baggage ATPCO content with price adjustments is available from Google QPX system, Digital Connect Check-In retrieves the content from QPX using the existing Sabre baggage related service GetAncillaryOffers (GAO).
Prerequisites
All the clients must be upgraded to GAO v3 (if a storefront is not migrated to v3, it will not be possible to use this functionality).
Limitations
Baggage allowance: Weight Concept. Currently, this feature is available only for Piece Concept allowance.

When Sabre clients use QPX filings and baggage ATPCO content with price adjustments is available from Google QPX system, Digital Connect Check-In retrieves the content from QPX using the existing Sabre baggage related service CalculateBaggageFees (CBF).

All the clients must be upgraded to CBF v2.

EMD Amount Field Length Expansion
Currency devaluations and the introduction of new taxes have resulted in larger tax, fee and total amounts, frequently surpassing current AE and EMD limitations of the amount field length. To comply with the market, the Fee, Tax, Total and Equivalent Amount fields have been expanded to support up to 11-characters, including 10-digits and 1 “decimal” character, plus 3 Alpha for Currency Code.
Prerequisites
The airlines who wishes to activate EMD Amount Field Expansion must have the following indicators in the ELECTRONIC MISC DOCUMENT OPTIONS table active:
- LARGE AMOUNT TICKETING -YES
- LARGE AMTS ON ALL SCREENS - YES

DCCI Seat Map Enhancement to Support Seat Map of Boeing 789
Digital Connect Check-In has enhanced /dcci/seats/seatmap service to improve the support for Boeing 789 seatmap layout. Now, Digital Connect Check-In no longer returns non-existing rows in /dcci/seats/seatmap response even if the Enhanced Seat Map (ESM) does not return the expected rows type = Z.

Check-in by Segment Enhancement
Some Airlines do not want to get check-in window eligibility for Other Airline (OA) segments because it blocks the check-in process in their applications. In such case Digital Connect Check-In, does not populate check-in window eligibility in the POST /v2/dcci/passenger/details and other services which return reservation object.
