Defects
The following Digital Connect Check-In defects have been fixed for this release.

Mandate: EES and ETIAS for Schengen Member States
The European Union (EU) is establishing two programs for travelers entering a country of Schengen member states plus five non-Schengen EU countries.
- EES - "The Entry/Exit System" will check the remaining number of stays on a single or double entry visa. It will also check the number of remaining days on a visa.
- ETIAS - "The European Travel Information and Authorisation System" will check for authorization of a passenger from a visa-exempt country.
Airlines will submit passenger and flight information to EES/ETIAS for each passenger entering the country subject to this mandate.
Check-in will be allowed or denied based on the returned status.
Trigger EES and ETIAS Clearance Validation During Passenger and Baggage Check-in
Digital Connect Check-In reads the security clearance status of EES/ETIAS. If a passenger gets the clearance or clearance is not applicable, the check-in transaction can be completed. If a passenger does not get a clearance, Digital Connect Check-In errors the check-in transaction and passes the message that check-in is restricted.

Return Checked Baggage Information for Active and Non-active Segments
Digital Connect Check-In provides information about the checked-in baggage in passenger details but has improved the behavior and now returns all bags, active and inactive, linking them to the appropriate segments, in the passenger’s itinerary.
