End Users are able to update details in the MYB: Change Passenger Details flow the following:\u00a0\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAirlines can offer the end user the possibility to add or modify passenger details - phone number, email address, or Frequent Flyer number\u003C\/li\u003E\n\t\u003Cli\u003EAirlines can offer the end user an option to modify travel documents,\u00a0visa information. and regular IATA Special Service Requests (SSRs)\u00a0such as passenger\u0027s meal and seat preference, special needs requests.\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe airline determines which passenger\u0027s details can be changed by setting up rules. For more information see the Rules Engine section.\u00a0\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPrerequisites:\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\n\t\u003Cp\u003EThere is an existing booking that can be retrieved.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\t\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ELimitations:\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\n\t\u003Cp\u003ESSRs for infants are associated to the primary passenger. \u003Cem\u003EDigital Connect\u003C\/em\u003E cannot differentiate between adult and infant SSRs and will not allow for SSR modifications in PNRs with infant passenger type.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\t\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EUsing the Digital Connect Service Suite \u2013 Change Passenger Details\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003ETo make use of the services, use the services in the following order:\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERetrieve PNR (Optional)\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EReservation can be retrieved by providing reservation code and supplying basic PNR information or by logging in to a Frequent Flyer account.\u202f\u202f\u00a0The \/login GET service enables airlines to give passengers access to their accounts and display their account information.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EIf the user is logged in, the airline can retrieve all his reservations by calling Get \/profile\/mytrips.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EIf user is not logged in \/pnr service will validate data provided from the GET \/pnr\u202frequest (Reservation code and first\/last name and\/or email) against data stored in the PNR.
