After each modification, the passenger\u0027s shopping cart is updated to show the old and new selections together with their prices.\u00a0\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPrerequisites:\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EThe passenger has a booking with waitlisted upgrade segments\u00a0\u00a0\u003C\/li\u003E\n\t\u003Cli\u003EAirline has enabled FQTU cancel upgrade flow (contact the Delivery\/Activation team for details)\u003C\/li\u003E\n\t\u003Cli\u003EThe booking must be eligible for cancel upgrade (as least one segment has a waitlisted upgrade)\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EUsing the DC service suite \u2013 Post Booking Cancel Upgrade\u00a0\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003ETo make use of the Cancel Upgrade services and remove waitlisted upgrade segments use the services in the following order:\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPNR Retrieval\u00a0\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EThe passenger can retrieve a booking either by supplying basic PNR information or by logging in to a Frequent Flyer account. If the passenger is logged in, the airline can retrieve all his reservations by calling\u202f\/profile\/mytrips\u202fGET.\u00a0\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EIf the passenger is not logged in, the airline can prompt passengers for information that identifies a PNR, retrieve the information and format it for display to the passenger.\u00a0The\u202f\/pnr\u202fservice GET operation returns information for the PNR specified in the parameters.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EIf the PNR is found, all flight details are returned,including confirmed and waitlisted upgrade segments and the payment details, such as forms of payment used.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ECancel Upgrade Initialization\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003ETo initialize the flow, the airline calls \/pnr\/cancelUpgrade GET and the application evaluates the passenger and the booking against any restrictions enabled through \u201cMYB rules\u201d to determine is if the user can enter the Cancel Upgrade flow to allow the user to select an option to remove himself from the upgrade waitlist.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EDisplay and Selection of Cancel Upgrade Offers\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EIf all the MYB rules checks pass, Digital Connect returns which segments have the option to cancel waitlisted upgrade by calling GET \/pnr\/cancelUpgrade\/offers.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cem\u003EDigital Connect\u003C\/em\u003E will present the passenger statuses of his segments (data is taken from hold payfields from the PNR):\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESegment is still available for upgrade\/waitlist - NOT_REQUESTED;\u003C\/li\u003E\n\t\u003Cli\u003EPassenger\u2019s upgrade has already been confirmed - ALREADY_CONFIRMED;\u003C\/li\u003E\n\t\u003Cli\u003EPassenger is currently on the upgrade waitlist, but can be removed from it - ALREADY_WAITLISTED.\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003EWhen a passenger desires to remove themself from waitlist upgrade, the airline calls POST \/pnr\/cancelUpgrade\/offers.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EShopping Cart\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EAfter the passenger has selected upgrade and seats use \/pnr\/cancelUpgrade\/products GET to request the latest price breakdown for current booking. The data is collected from the session so no downline calls are necessary. You can format price breakdown for display to the passenger in the shopping cart.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EConfirm Cancel Upgrade\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003ETo finalize removing upgrade waitlist: POST \/pnr\/cancelUpgrade\/confirm. Backend will execute host command to remove upgrade waitlist.
